Reports
Reports can only be submitted electronically via the Participant Portal. Partners in the consortium pass on their reports to the project coordinator. The coordinating institution is responsible for ensuring that all reports are combined and submitted to the Commission in due time (60 days after the end of the reporting period).
For help compiling the financial report, please contact the EU office.
The periodic report is due 60 days after the end of the reporting period and consists of the following sections:
- Progress report (periodic technical report): Report on the status of the project (progress, attainment of objectives)
- Periodic financial report: Report on the use of funding, consisting of three parts:
- Individual financial statement from each partner
- Explanation on the use of resources
- Periodic summary financial statement
The final report must be submitted 60 days after the end of the project and, in addition to the information in a periodic report, contains the following:
- Results, conclusions and socio-economic impacts of the project
- Social impacts (gender equality actions, ethical issues, …) including a plan to exploit and disseminate the findings
A certificate on the financial statements / audit certificate must be submitted by a beneficiary if this partner has applied for a funding sum of at least €325,000.
The Commission has 90 days after receipt of the reports during which it may audit them and make the corresponding periodic or final payments.
