At our university there are not only an above-average number of centres of excellence, collaborative research centres and other cross-sectoral projects, but also many support and networking opportunities to exchange ideas and collaborate with others.

Services for employees

Good working conditions are important to us. In our large-scale employee survey on mental stress at work (GEPSY project), we found that we are successful in providing these working conditions. Of course, there are also challenges. We are adressing them, for example, with our personnel development and permanent position concepts.
