Upcoming Event: How to work in Germany

On January 25, 2024 from 4 PM till 6 PM the Career Service of the Otto-von-Guericke-University offers a special event for international students: How to work in Germany: Your Rights & Obligations on the German Labour Market.

What to expect:

This seminar provides an overview on rights and obligations for international students on the German Labour Market (Part Time Jobs, Internships,…). We will also talk about standards of German Employment Contracts, Remuneration, protection against dismissal, working hours, labour and health protection & regulations of the immigration authority. At the end of the seminar we will show you where you can go if you have any questions or problems regarding your employment and you will have the opportunity to ask your questions right away.
The seminar is free of charge and hold in English by an experienced trainer of the advisory service BemA.
